    Angie is a 48 year old wife, mom to 5 kids, and a new grandmother. She is a certified Fitness Coach and NASM certified Nutrition Coach. She has a passion for working with women through their menopausal years and beyond.

    FIT FIX COACH

    Roxanne is a wife, mom to 3, and a licensed professional counselor. She uses her expertise to help clients shift their mindset and habits to support lasting change. She transformed her own life through fitness and balanced nutrition and loves working with clients to do the same!
